Tiemen has been a bookseller at the Amsterdam store for over a decade.
He is the buyer for the Science-Fiction & Fantasy section and as such has turned his hobby into his job. When not helping customers and ordering books, Tiemen helps organize events like the ABC pop-up store at the Heroes Dutch Comic Con and author events both in the store and online via Zoom.
In his spare time he likes to garden, play indie and strategy games on the PC, boardgames with his friends and of course reading books. His favorite part of being a bookseller is when a patron comes up to him and asks: “Can you recommend me some books?”.
